For over 12 years, I’ve led content, creative and production at growth-hungry startups, built and run a profitable creative studio from scratch, and delivered high-impact campaigns for clients including Disney, Adobe, and Kellanova.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

As a trusted senior creative voice in client engagements, I bridge the gap between business and creative teams. I own the process – from scoping projects, ideating, and scriptwriting, to project management, feedback and QA.

Roles I’ve Held

  • I built Tigerhall Studios from the ground up, scaling global creative operations, hiring and developing a global team, and turning content into a consistent revenue driver. I lead end-to-end content strategy and production for enterprise clients, delivering videos, livestreams, and articles with speed, clarity, and quality.

  • I transformed video from an experimental format into one of our most powerful engagement tools, driving significant lifts in MAUs. I led creative strategy for enterprise learning, partnering with global leaders to turn their expertise into sharp, high-performing video and written content. I also built and mentored a cross-regional creative team.

    Oh, and I managed the livestream format from end-to-end, from strategy, planning, guiding executives through the process, and hosting. Fun gig!

  • I translated insights from 60+ senior leaders into short, actionable content formats that users actually used — and remembered. I also owned our social strategy, growing LinkedIn engagement by nearly 300% and expanding our reach fast. At the same time, I managed a network of creators and kept everything aligned: voice, vision, and value.

  • I helped define Tigerhall’s voice and visual identity in the early years, building the foundation for our brand across content, channels, and campaigns. I produced hundreds of long-form pieces and led a growing team of freelancers to keep quality and consistency high during rapid scaling.

  • I led content strategy and creative execution for digital campaigns across education, arts, and government. From social to print to video, I shaped everything from editorial workflows to audience strategy — and helped clients make meaningful content that stuck.
